Black stretch velvet cut to a sweetheart neckline, with softly padded shoulders and long sleeves that taper cleanly to the wrist. The velvet has real stretch, and the waist in particular gives a long way — far more than the bust, where the bodice is reinforced and holds a fixed shape. So the fit is decided at the bust: if that measurement is close, size up.
