SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing time
1–3 working days from receipt of your order. Orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 8–12 days on average. These are calendar days, not working days.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order within the European Union, with no minimum spend and no minimum quantity.

Batched dispatch
To keep our prices fair we group orders and send them in batches rather than dispatching each one the moment it arrives. Your order may therefore be held briefly before it ships — this is already accounted for in the delivery time above. If your order is time-sensitive, write to us and we will do our best to prioritise it.
