RETURNS AND REFUNDS

On top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.

The item must be in the same condition you received it in: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. We also need proof of purchase.

Starting a return
Email us at info@rosaneemporium.com with your order number. We will confirm your return and give you the full return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return costs and return address — please read before you buy
Our returns go to a warehouse in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Depending on the carrier and weight this is typically around EUR 25 to 60, and may approach or exceed the value of the item. Customs and export formalities for the return are yours to arrange (DDP), and we need a tracking number from you.

We know that is a lot to ask. So if you are unsure about sizing, please write to us at info@rosaneemporium.com before you order. We would far rather answer a question than process a return.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return cost and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be returned. Discounted items remain returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest route is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and checked your return. If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your return reaching us or of you providing proof of postage. Depending on your bank, the money may take a few more days to appear.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.

by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
