Welcome to Rosané Emporium. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Rosané Emporium. We operate this shop through Shopify. By visiting or using our services you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You confirm that you are of legal age. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for the security of your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
Colours and appearance may vary between screens. Product descriptions may be changed at any time.

3. ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we reserve the right to decline orders. Purchases are covered by our refund policy and by your statutory right of withdrawal.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of ordering applies, inclusive of VAT and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of any import duties.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Risk passes to you on delivery of the goods to you as a consumer — not on handover to the carrier.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (text, images, trade marks, design) belongs to Rosané Emporium and is protected by copyright. Use is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. THIRD PARTIES
We are not responsible for the content or services of linked third parties.

8. PRIVACY
Personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

9. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

10. PROHIBITED USE
Unlawful, fraudulent or infringing use of our services is not permitted.

11. STATUTORY GUARANTEE
You are entitled to goods that conform to the contract. Statutory conformity rules apply in full; nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or death is unaffected.

13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. As a consumer you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your own country of residence.

15. CHANGES
We reserve the right to update these terms.
